Sara Tidd

Ms. Tidd’s diverse legal background spans over 14 years and allows her to represent her clients skillfully and aggressively in both transactional and litigated matters.

Prior to forming OC Legal Relief, PC, Ms. Tidd practiced at a boutique bankruptcy law firm specializing in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases. Over the years, she has represented thousands of debtors in all aspects of their bankruptcy cases. She also practiced at a national law firm focusing on real estate, business and financial services litigation on behalf of banks, mortgage lenders, loan servicers, trustees, and REO management companies. Her diverse and unique experience provides her with the tools to represent her clients in a variety of areas of law.

Ms. Tidd attended Boston College and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005, double majoring in Political Science and Sociology. She attended California Western School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2008. She is originally from New York and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
